(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such, because vide judgment dated 02.11.2023, the learned trial Court had acquitted the petitioners in case FIR No. 72 dated 26.01.2017, registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A IPC at Police Station City, Thanesar, quashing of which has been sought by way of filing the present petition.

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 2 have not disputed the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
