The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.92 dated 09.05.2020 under Sections 304B, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.

By an order dated 10.12.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh submits that petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 10.12.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
