Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 that she may be given protection from false implication in false criminal cases and also to protect life, liberty and property of petitioner and her family members at the hands of respondent No.5-Manjit Singh, who threatened to implicate her in a false case. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of her grievance, petitioner made representation dated 05.05.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, District Patiala, but till date no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Monika Jalota, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
