The instant petition has been filed through e-filing mode with a prayer to direct the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and also directing the respondents No.4 and 5 not to interfere in their lives and liberty.

As per office report, all the cases filed through e-filing wherein hardcopy is not received after a gap of one month shall be listed before Hon'ble Bench after printing Index, Head Note, Memo of Parties and Brief Synopsis only.

In compliance of order dated 19.09.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner-Mr. R.S. Gill, Advocate has been informed through E-mail. Despite intimation, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners today.

Since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and due to lack of complete paper-book/annexures no order can be passed. 5.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same stands disposed of accordingly, being incomplete.
