Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who retired as Professors after attaining the age of superannuation, as per the details mentioned in Annexure P-1, are entitled to claim as raised in the present petition, regarding which, a legal notice dated 02.06.2025, Annexure P-6, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to MOHIT 2025.07.07 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-18295-2025 (O&M) -2decide the legal notice dated 02.06.2025, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
