Seeking issuance of directions to the respondents for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner and further for issuance of directions to the respondents to produce the petitioner in pending Court proceedings through video conferencing on account of threat to his life. 2.

Counsel for the State strenuously opposed the present petition being frivolous and submits that the petitioner is not only the accused in the murder of a singer Sidhu Moose Wala, but he has also a criminal history of 11 cases. He further submits that the petitioner is presently in judicial custody and he is required for investigation by the police in case FIR No.255 dated 30.06.2023 registered under Sections 307, 323, 384, 506, 120-B IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, Haryana and the police shall take him for investigation in accordance with law with proper security and investigating could not be conducted through video conferencing in this case. 3.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh at appropriate stage. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
