(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim of the petitioner is that though, the services of the petitioner were terminated on 21.08.2007, but he is entitled for his share of the contribution of provident fund, which has not been released by the respondents so far. Counsel for the petitioner states that claiming the release of the share of the petitioner of contribution in the Contributory Provident Fund, petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice dated 14.05.2019 (Annexure P-2) after a period of 12 years of termination of his service, which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.
