Ms. Anu Pal, Sr. Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. * * * * RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL) This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short the Act) for the appointment of an arbitrator. The necessary declaration under Section 12(5) of the Act, as sought from Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, a former Judge of the Supreme Court has been received vide letter dated 08.01.2024 and is placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court, Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, may be appointed as the third Arbitrator.

In the circumstances, Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, a former Judge of the Supreme Court is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties.
