(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having secured the ownership by way of sale deed and judgment and decree, the mutation in this regard is not being effected in his favour. In this regard, he has made a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran-respondent No.2. Mr. S.L. Chander Shakhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction issued to decide the representation within a fixed time line. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent-Tehsildar Revenue, Taran Taran to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, if received, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in a most reasonable and pragmatic manner, after taking into consideration all the pleas. In case, there is no representation received, the petitioner shall be at liberty to give a fresh representation which shall be considered and decided in the manner referred to above.
