RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43, dated 04.04.2022, under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act (later on added Sections 376, 506, 323 IPC, registered vide DDR No.51, dated 22.04.2022), registered at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
