Petition herein is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.195 dated 19.07.2023, registered under Sections 323, 341, 367, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad (FIR date is wrongly mentioned as 18.07.2023 in the order dated 01.08.2023 passed by Court below while rejecting application seeking grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner). 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 16.08.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel, per his instructions from ASI Rajender Kumar, submits that petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 5.
In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required, and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 16.08.2023 is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
