The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the FIR No.96 dated 12.6.2019 under Sections 376, 366-A, 506, 120-B, 323 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga having been lodged more than 2 months back, neither any effective investigation has been conducted nor accused have been arrested. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression on the merits of the case, the matter is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the matter and to ensure that matter is got investigated expeditiously so that a final report is filed at the earliest.
