(ORAL) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of mandamus for implementation of the arbitration Award and as well as the order passed by the Executing Court qua the same. The remedy was to file objections, much less, correction of the Award under Section 34 and 33 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Having failed to do so, the Executing Court could not go behind the Award being a decree. The same is also assailable in revision petition yet the petitioner filed the writ petition. Mr. Jagbir Malik, at this stage, when this Court was dismissing the writ petition, has prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
