Learned State counsel states that the present petition stands infructuous, as the suspension order dated 24.09.2018 stands cancelled in respect of the petitioner and Ashok Kumar and petitioner has been reinstated, vide order dated 31.01.2019 (R-1). Further order dated 05.10.2018 stands withdrawn.

Dismissed as infructuous.
