Learned counsel for the parties submits that in the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioners is only qua the fixation of the fees. Learned counsel for the parties are also ad-idem to the fact that with regard to the determination of the fees dispute, a statutory body has already been created in the State of Punjab and in case, the petitioners have any grievance qua the fixation of the fees to be charged from the students, they will approach the said committee for the redressal of their grievance. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties further submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court while passing the order in the similar writ petition i.e. CWP No. -5802 of 2017 titled as BAL BHARTI PUBLIC SCHOOL & ORS Vs. State of Punjab and Others, decided on 19.12.2023, hence the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Bal Bharti Public School's case (supra) .
