Through this writ petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India quashing of the impugned order dated 01.12.2016 declining to consider the case of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher Science in H.E.S.-III (School Cadre). Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed Civil Misc. No. 3757-CWP of 2020 claiming that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the decision in Mahesh Kumar v. State of Haryana and Others (Civil Writ Petition No. 10054 of 2016, decided on 23.04.2019). A copy of the decision has been annexed as Annexure P13. On 01.10.2020, when the application (Civil Misc. No. 9756-CWP of 2020) came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner also relied upon an order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Rajinder v. State of Haryana (Civil Writ Petition No. 6950 of 2016). Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, a notice was issued to the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2020.11.18 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document learned counsel for the State. Civil Writ Petition No. 4304 of 2017 (O&M) for filing reply.

Although no reply has been filed, however, Ms. Kirti Singh, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from Mr. Piyush Chaudhary, Assistant District Attorney, Elementary Education Department, has stated that the prayer made in the present petition is squarely covered by the decisions of the Court in the cases referred to above. She submits that the State Government would take necessary steps within a period of 15 days. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the State.
