(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the SARFAESI Act') issued by respondent No.2. 2.

From the perusal of the writ petition we find that no objection to the impugned notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, raising the pleas as raised in this writ petition, has been filed by the petitioner. 3.

In such circumstances, no ground to entertain the writ petition and quash the impugned notice is made out.

Dismissed.
