Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that inadvertently, certain documents, such as sanctioned Mode of Partition, remained to be attached with the instant writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
