The petitioner apprehends danger to his life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8.

Regarding his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 16.08.2019 (P.3) addressed to respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patiala, however, no action thereon is stated to have been taken so far.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by him in the application (P.3) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
