This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 30.10.2018, Annexure P-5, whereby the respondents decided to withdraw the benefits of ACP scale from the petitioners, and re-fixed the pay accordingly. 2.

Learned State counsel contends that the relief claimed by the petitioners has been granted to them, as the Department has given benefits of ACP scale to all the four petitioners from the due date. 3.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
