Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Executive Engineer, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Fazilka, but no decision has been taken thereon till date.
