Ms. Shruti Jain Goel, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, assisted by Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana.

Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petitions have been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the final result, dated 27.07.2024, for the posts of TGTs, pursuant to advertisement 2/2023 dated 21.02.2023. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that detailed marks of all the candidates have been uploaded on the Commission's website on 04.11.2024, as also the final answer key.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submit that the petitioner(s) may be afforded an opportunity to file comprehensive representation(s) to the Commission on the basis of detailed result, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period keeping in view the law laid down in Saurav Yadav and others v. State of Uttar Pradesh and others, (2021) 4 SCC 542.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner(s), the same will be decided by the third respondent, expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner(s) to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case such representation(s) are filed, the same shall be decided by the third respondent-

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ` 50,000 to the petitioner(s). 7.
