**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State has produced detailed Marks obtained by the petitioner, in a sealed cover. The same has been opened, perused and on comparison with cut off 128 for the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver under Economically Backward Persons in General Category, the petitioner has obtained 119 marks, therefore, has not been able to come within the zone of consideration.
