$! $! , Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party on 05.05.2024 while patrolling stopped a Swift Car coming. On seeing the barricading, the driver of the car became perplexed and tried to turn back the vehicle. On suspicion, the car was stopped and the driver of the car disclosed his name as Ginder Singh and two plastic cartons were found lying in the car. On suspicion of carrying some contraband in plastic carton, offer of search was given to him. Both the cartons were taken out and 20 kgs of poppy husk was found in each carton. Thus, total 40 kgs poppy husk was recovered from the car. Ginder Singh failed to produce any licence regarding
the conscious possession of the same and, thus, the FIR was registered and he was arrested on the spot. On registration of FIR, the investigation commenced. Ginder Singh during investigation has made a disclosure statement about the present petitioner-Ajay that he had supplied the contraband recovered from him. Thus, the present petitioner was also arrayed as an accused in the present FIR and was arrested on 26.09.2024. The petitioner approached the Court of learned Special Judge, Fast Track under NDPS Act, Fatehabad praying for the grant of bail. However, after hearing both the sides finding no merit in the same, the learned Judge declined the petition filed by the petitioner vide her order dated 04.06.2025. Hence being aggrieved, the petitioner is before this Court by way of filing the present petition praying for the grant of regular bail. 3
