(ORAL) In the present petition, the petitioner is claiming the retiral benefits. For the same purpose, the petitioner had filed a CWP-17960-2017, which was disposed of by this Court on 11.08.2017 by giving a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 24.07.2017 within a period of 45 days.

Counsel has not been able to convince this Court as to how this petition is maintainable. No order has been attached which the respondents might have passed in pursuance to the direction of this Court given on 11.08.2017. In the absence of any order being challenged, the present writ petition is not maintainable and hence, the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given a liberty to challenge the order, if any, passed by the respondents in pursuance to the directions given by this Court on 11.08.2017 passed in CWP-17960-2017 (Annexure P-6).
