The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case DDR No.36 dated 20.11.2020 registered under Section 29 of the NDPS Act and FIR No.125 dated 20.11.2020 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.

By an order dated 10.12.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Surjit Singh submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 10.12.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
