ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition pertains to the year 2019. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 10.02.2020. Thereafter the case was adjourned by Administrative Orders in view of the situation created due to the pandemic Covid-19. On 27.05.2022 the case was adjourned by order. On 09.09.2022 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 16.09.2022. On 16.09.2022 none had put in appearance and the case was adjourned to today. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Further, as per the E-Court official website of the District Courts, Chandigarh, the main case itself stands decided. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
