Mr. Vishal Goel, Advocate for the petitioner. **** /!$ #0% The petitioner is challenging order dated 19.05.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar vide which the application filed by the respondents seeking interim maintenance has been allowed and the petitioner is ordered to pay interim maintenance @Rs.3,300/- p.m. to the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, as it is stated by him that the main case has been dismissed in default vide order dated 06.10.2023. He is permitted to do so.
