**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 B.N.S.S. for directing respondents to conduct speedy and fair investigation on the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 01.08.2024 given by the petitioner.

Today at the outset, learned State counsel on assistance from Inspector Kuldeep Singh has produced copy of the FIR bearing FIR No.0054/2024 under Section 308(4) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023. Copy of the same has been produced in Court, which has been taken on record as document A on the file. Learned Sate counsel has also handed over a copy of the said FIR to the counsel for the petitioner and on that account the grievance raised in the petition stands redressed and learned counsel for the petitioner do not wish to press the present petition any further and seeks withdrawal of the same.

Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
