Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.
This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 99, dated 21st July, 2021 under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana.
