HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.PC) for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 not to indulge in unnecessary and undue humiliation and harassment of the petitioner at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
