The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in Sher Singh v. Satnam Singh (Civil Revision No. 1045 of 2021, decided on 29.08.2022), the present revision petition be also disposed of.

In the order passed in Sher Singh's case (supra), an identical dispute has been disposed of. The order dated 29.08.2022 is extracted as under:- "1.

The judgment debtor is defending the execution petition filed pursuant to a decree for recovery of ₹6,30,000/- along with interest. The petitioner claims that for recovery of the aforesaid amount, his entire land (measuring 3 bighas) is not required to be sold.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the property has not been put to auction in view of DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.09.26 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 2531 of 2021 pendency of the present revision petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Executing Court in this regard along with the supporting documents. If such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of before issuing the schedule of public auction."
