(ORAL) During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the State as also learned counsel for the complainant have referred to order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the trial Court which reflects that the cross-examination of prosecution witness (Prabhjot Kaur) and prosecution witness (Sukhwinder Singh) could not be undertaken at request of the counsel for the accused. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to file afresh after recording of the complete testimony of prosecution witness (Prabhjot Kaur) and prosecution witness (Sukhwinder Singh).
