JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner appeared in the preliminary examinations conducted on 22.7.2018, for appointment to the PCS (Executive Branch) and Allied Services Examination 2018.

Petitioner belongs to General Category and is stated to have secured 291 marks. He was not short-listed for appearing in the main examination as the cut off mark arrived at in the General Category was 291.5 marks.

In the present petition, challenge is laid to the answer key of Question No.53, of Paper-II (CSAT), of Booklet - A. RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2018.12.14 12:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-29715-2018 (O&M) At the time of hearing, it is conceded that the short-listed candidates have undertaken the main examination conducted from 24.11.2018 to 5.12.2018, therefore, no relief can be granted in the present case.

In view of above, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant petition.
