(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is that she approached the respondent-Municipal Corporation for sanctioning of the site plan vide Annexure P-2 dated 09.02.2016 but no action has been taken so far despite the reminder given on 08.09.2016 (Annexure P-3) and submits that she will be satisfied if her representation/application under Annexure P-2 and P-3 is decided within a reasonable time.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits and demerits of the case, direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation/application dated 09.02.2016 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law. The writ petition stands disposed of with above direction.
