Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, inter alia, for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.09.2021 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra, whereby maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month was granted in favour of respondent-wife.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
