Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record copies of the stay applications filed before the Appellate Authority in Appeal No.59, 60 and 61 of 2026, today in Court, which are taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to order (Annexure P-8) whereby in a similar case, similar petition has been disposed of. 3.

The instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority concerned, seized with statutory Appeal No.59, 60 and 61 of 2026, and, also seized with the application for staying the operation of the impugned orders dated 18.02.2026 (Annexure P-1 to P3), to within a period of three (03) months from today, by passing an order, after hearing all affected persons concerned. 4.

The Appellate Authority concerned, is directed to, within a period of three weeks from today, pass an order upon the application concerned, whereby, the applicant/appellant has asked for staying the operation of the order passed by the learned Collector concerned. Till the making of the said order, the parties are directed to maintain, status quo, as of today, in respect of the disputed sites. 5.

Ordered accordingly.
