For reasons mentioned in the application the same is allowed as prayed for and Annexure-A (dated 06.06.2022) annexed with the application is taken on record.

CWP No.29725 of 2018 (O&M) -2The counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Even the settlement dated 06.06.2022, duly signed by the petitioner, has been placed on record of the case today as Annexure A aforesaid. Hence, it is submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
