The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-9) is decided in a time-bound manner by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them.

Learned counsel for the State contends that he has no objection if a direction is issued for deciding the representation dated 07.09.2020 (Annexure P-9) in a time-bound manner.
