Sarajul Ansari, alleges that respondent No.4 in connivance with a mason i.e. respondent No.6-Khan Mistary has constructed a portion in excess of the share of respondent No.4.
This Court finds that the aforesaid dispute is mainly of civil nature. As such, this Court does not find any ground for issuance of any direction as is prayed for.
However, needless to mention that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court or any other authority for redressal of his grievance.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
