(ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to decide the show-cause notice dated 03.12.2014, which is pending with the respondents for the last four years and due to the pendency of which, the retiral benefits of the petitioner have been withheld.

Petitioner states that hearing on the show-cause notice was affored to him on 18.09.2018 after which a period of more than two months has elapsed, but still, no decision has been rendered by the respondents. Before the said hearing, approximately 10 hearings also took place without any final decision.

CWP-29730-2018 -2Without going into the merits of the case and the claim that show-cause notice has been wrongly issued to the petitioner, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the show-cause notice dated 03.12.2014, which is pending for the last more than four years and the last hearing took place on 18.09.2018. Let appropriate orders be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
