RAMENDRA JAIN, (ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 who has put in appearance on his own, producing copy of order dated 22.07.2019, under his signatures (in CR-5363-2019) contends that respondent No. 1 has already obtained the possession of suit property in execution and the same has been dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. Therefore, the instant revision has rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant has not been able to refute the above submission.

In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
