The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for directing the respondent to grant pre-mature release to the petitioner as order dated 02.05.2022 in criminal writ petition No.4069/2022 in which directions were issued to treat the petition as a representation to authorities and to consider and decide the premature release case of petitioner expeditiously within a period of 3 months.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that the application/representation submitted by the petitioner for seeking premature release shall be decided within a period of two months, which satisfies his learned counsel who however prays that the interim order may be continued. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
