Petitioner Balwinder Singh, aged about 64 years, son of Sh. Dhanna Singh, resident of Patti Bhagarian, village Sarai Khao, Tehsil Jalandhar, District Jalandhar has filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondent No. 3 to prevent respondent No. 5 from acting at the behest of the private respondent No. 6, as the respondent No. 5 has been instrumental in overpowering the only residential house and razing the crops over the small agricultural fields of the petitioner at the behest of respondent No. 6.
