Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as initiated by a judgment of this Court in CRM-M No.19553 of 2023 titled Jaspal Kaur @ Pinki v. State of Punjab and others.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that an interim order dated 11.12.2020 was passed in favour of the petitioners, which is enured even till today. Thus, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a request that the said order be enured further. 4.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent opposes the prayer for grant of extension of the interim order. 5.

Keeping in view the entirety of the facts and circumstances of Ashwani Kumar 2024.09.04 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
