The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 206, dated 28.07.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Sections 10, 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 at Police Station City Pehowa, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that her bail application be directed to be decided within a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 28.08.2023 and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided on the same day in accordance with law.
