In view of these facts, petitioner's plea for anticipatory bail on the ground of parity with co-accused Jaspreet Singh @ Ashu and Avtar Singh, who have already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court, vide orders dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) and 20.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) respectively, is not maintainable. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed.
