(Oral) Mr. Sunil Agnihotri, Advocate has caused appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 and has filed power of attorney as well as affidavit of one of the respondents namely Archana Kumari daughter of late Sh. Subash Chand in the Court and the same is taken on record. Counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 on instructions from the respondents present in the Court and in the light of affidavit of Archana Kumari filed in the Court today would state that dispute between the parties has been settled by way of compromise and in view of the compromise, the appellant has made payment and the claimants have received the payment in complete satisfaction of the compromise dated 11.04.2016 effected between the parties.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of. The parties shall remain bound by their statement as per the compromise dated 11.04.2016.

The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be returned to the appellant as per rules.
