It is submitted by the learned State counsel that the case is fixed for prosecution witnesses and out of 07 witnesses, 04 have already been examined and the next date in the matter is fixed for 26.05.2026. 2.

Since the alleged FIR pertaining to the year 2020, the prosecution is directed to produce all the witnesses before the trial Court on the next date fixed i.e. 26.05.2026 and the trial Court shall make every endeavour to record the statements of all the witnesses and conclude prosecution evidence on the next date.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
