The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing official respondents to protect the life and liberty of petitioner at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy as available to him in accordance with law by approaching the jurisdiction Court for redressal of his grievance raised in the petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
